Bells Beach (Bells Bowl)

Local hazards. Reported: shallow rock/reef bottom, dangerous rips and undertow, big crowds and some localism, cold water; entry is a walk down the cliff steps and paddle across the rip; big days close out the reef. Sea urchins reported at neighbouring Winkipop.
